At SMEG, we stand behind the quality of our Italian-designed appliances and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SMEG account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Appliance

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original SMEG branded packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
